Return Policy

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@californiaambrosia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and concerns:
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect it. If you find any defects or damages, or if there is an error in the items received, kindly contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and rectify it to your satisfaction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned if the fault lies with the user. We are happy to replace items damaged or rendered non-viable due to shipping errors or delays. However, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
For a swift resolution to receive the desired item, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
